The US Angel
Investors/BASN Screening Meeting
is an event where invited companies present to a screening
committee. After screening, selected companies are invited to present to the
monthly US Angel Investors meeting (usually the next month). It is usually
held on the second Tuesday of the month.
The US Angel Investors monthly Investor Meeting
-Palo Alto is for selected companies to present to private investors and
is usually held on the third Wednesday of the month.
The
US Angel Investors monthly Investor Meeting
-Reno is for selected companies to present to private investors.

The BASN FASTPITCH breakfasts are for companies that wish to improve their "elevator"
presentation. The
selected entrepreneurs present their companies in front of guest investors
(VCs or angel investors). The format is oral pitch only (no Powerpoint, no
props, 6-8 mn total time including Q&A).
Additionally, BASN holds ENTREPRENEURS DOJO brownbag lunch meetings
focused on issues of interest to startup entrepreneurs such as legal
aspects, building teams, raising funds, etc. and
VC Forum meetings where selected startups present to
members of the Venture Capital community.
